The best dumplings I've had in denver. We went for lunch on a Thursday. The space was bright and airy and the staff were friendly. The menu apparently changes frequently. We ordered the salt and pepper chicken sandwich, the Thai chicken wontons (called something else) and the peanut wontons. Everything was delicious. The chicken sandwich was like nothing I have ever tasted before and was crispy, light , flavorful , delicious and spicy. An outstanding dish and maybe the highlight for me of the meal. My sons favorite were the wontons in a peanut sauce and they were truly delicious. They reminded me of a delicious dish I used to order when I lived in NYC and it was a definite win. The Thai wontons were also lovely and a fun take on dumplings. I loved how our server did not push us into over order. I was stuffed with 3 orders 2 people . Everything was delicious and we will be back for sure!

Love this place, had a great meal, still thinking about those OG Chili Wontons. I hope Denver knows how lucky it is to have Chef Penelope and her creations. Got 2 kinds of wontons, the og and the Tom Kha, shared with spouse. Blown away how yum and fresh everything is. You can taste the love that Chef puts into everything she does. Can't wait to go back and eat more. The vibes, staff and music at the location are similarly impeccable. Take the day off like I did and go have an amazing lunch.

There's no denying that the chef(s) take complete pride in the quality of the food. The wontons are stunning by look, deliciously homemade outer layer, and beautifully crafted sauces. We tried an assortment. Some weren't my personal flavor profile but nothing against the quality. (1) Spicy peanut wontons: that sauce is spoon-able. Soooo damn good! I wouldn't consider it spicy either and I have a lower spice tolerance (2) OG wontons: really good. Good sauce. On the spicy end but you can get the sauce on the side. (3) eggplant dumplings: these are very veggie flavor forward. You can really taste the spinach outer layer and the eggplant is super prevalent. The sauce was amazing though! This one wasn't my personal favorite but it wasn't because of a lack of effort on the chefs part. Service was a bit slow during lunch but all good. Ambience is cute and cozy. We made a reservation for lunch and it seemed like we needed it. Almost all tables were full on a Tuesday. Overall, beautiful dishes and the chef should be proud!

This is my favorite dumpling spot in all of Colorado. I love the always changing menu, so whatever day you come you get different options. Everything we had was filled with so much flavor and surprise. Not a single item disappointed, it was hard to pick a favorite. The staff had great recommendations and was always attentive so our table was never empty of food.

I loved this place. Our server Tyler was super nice and gave us the best menu recommendations. We loved the dumplings and buns, noodles had a ton of flavor, and the crispy pork was so yummy - just wish it was served with rice. The place is small and slightly expensive, but worth it to treat yourself on a Friday. Then pop over to Long Table for a beer :)

They got the recognition they deserve. Flavors are fire. Off menu gluten free item was lovely. We went when they opened on a Friday afternoon- man, make a reservation!

I have eaten a LOT of dumplings in my lifetime and although these were tasty, I have to agree with others about the price point and the other options Denver has to offer. I tried the water fried bao, OG chili wontons and the pan fried dumplings. Service was friendly but I had to wait even though there were several spots open- might be due to the bin gourmand? Ambiance was just ok. I was the only Asian in the place besides those in the kitchen.

What I got: yg og oil wonton, schezuan eggplant dumplings, Shelby Js, chicken and chives wontons, and forbidden rice pudding. Hospitality: just superb, what the standard of every establishment should be. The hosts greeted me with a radiating smile and were attentive and accurate on expected wait times. I came by myself and Rob, one of the owners, was a joy to talk to and gave wonderful insight into how everything began. Atmosphere: sit in the bar area. Watching the chefs working their magic behind the scenes is a movie. Also, the visuals of what came out just make you not even look at the menu and get one of everything. Everything was super clean and had a great openness. Food: I wish I could duplicate my stomach and order one of "everything". Everything and I mean everything felt like a mother's hug on my taste buds with a soft kiss. It is just welcoming. The yg og oil wontons ordered this one twice; you had to. The balance between fat, acidity, and spice was out of this world. The umami in the Szechuan eggplant dumplings is divine. The Shelby Js, the baos I can place my head on and fall asleep after eating all this; so soft. The dessert with the fresh toasted coconuts was not too sweet and that is the best compliment you can give any dessert. Final verdict: I wish I could transport this to Tucson and they can show what it means to meticulously look at every detail and deliver a menu that is coherent but each plate stands on its own. Go with a group of friends and literally "get one of everything".

Went for a quick lunch as a walk in! They were able to accommodate us. I enjoyed the bao and the chili wontons. The congee was really good as well. Those three were my favorite. The inside and outside seating are really nice with comfortable air conditioning. The service is friendly and very quick. Highly recommend trying at least once. It can def be pricey for $18 for 6 wontons.

This immediately became my favorite Asian restaurant in Denver (yes there are many Asian cuisines, this tops all of them). The one downside is the takeout ordering process. The menu changes and you can't find the current menu online. So I had to call to order and the person on the phone patiently repeated it many times for me while I figured out what I wanted. As a visual person, this was a very challenging way to order. They said it should be on Instagram, but it wasn't today. Ordering challenges aside, the food is outstanding. I'm not 100% sure what all I ordered because I couldn't keep up with trying to write it all down as they read the menu to me. The only thing I know is that it was all phenomal. My only regret is not ordering the entire menu. I will absolutely be back because this is the level of good food that is not easy to come by.
